The Making of Cruiserboots®...
Craftsmanship & Pride
Quality
Control at every stage: Inspection is a constant, important
part of the process.
Every component is
designed for comfort and strength: The military design toe
box is treated with a catalyst and must be shaped in the next 30 minutes.
By then it has been set up "rock hard."
To
enhance waterproofing, all seams are carefully aligned: Skilled
craftsmen prepare the upper for permanent bonding to the outsole.
Experience is the
essence of quality footwear: Each leather upper is machine
sewn by fastidious workers.
As
it has been said, "Dry feet are happy feet." Leather
uppers are pretreated with adhesive to insure a tight, waterproof
bond to the outsoles.
Nearing the end of
assembly: Cruiserboot uppers coming down the line and being
moved to work area for attachments to outsoles.
