Their molded outsole sports a moderate heel for comfortable walking, and they grip pavement like a squirrel on tree bark. Cruiserboots® are guaranteed waterproof in normal use, thanks to a waterproofing treatment that's pounded into the leather and polyurethane sealing around the outsoleiand at all seams. Inside, the boots are fully lined with Drilex, a modern textile that wicks water vapor from steamy feet and transmits it to the breathable leather. For protection, Cruiserboots® feature ballistic fabric around the ankles and a styrene toe guard borrowed from the Canadian military.
