EXCHANGES
Please read this entire page to make sure you are eligible to exchange your boots.
- Should you need different size CruiserWorks™ boots or product, exchanges must be made in
“AS NEW” condition within
14 days of the purchase date and will be exchanged for the new size.
- If your CruiserWorks™ boots or other product has a
defect, returns must be made within
60 days of purchase date.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and any return postage is payable by you. However, ground shipping will not be charged on exchanges made within 14 days.

Please note that you must return your boots to CruiserWorks™ before a new pair can be shipped to you.
- Returns must include your CruiserWorks
™ order number, name, and address on the outside of the package.

To process your return, please fill out the
Return / Exchange Request Form, and you will receive your RMA information needed to process your return.
