CRUISERWORKS™ BOOTS AND PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Cruiserworks™ boots and products are designed with you in mind. We provide instructions for the proper fit of our boots and clothing; however, if there is a need to return your product, please read our return and exchange policy, and our customer service team will help you with this process. In the Return/Exchange process the return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. The shipping cost if the boots are being exchanged will be covered by CruiserWorks.
Please note that any CruiserWorks products purchased from individuals, eBay or any other sales site other than from CruiserWorks or a official CruiserWorks retailer can not be exchanged or returned. The warranty on CruiserWorks products is only valid for new products that were purchased from CrusierWorks or a CruiserWorks retailer.
